The Women in Christian Leadership Board of Directors and Ministry Directors have a passion for the mission and work of Women in Christian Leadership, they possess the highest personal and professional integrity and values and are thought leaders with strategic insight in their respective fields.
We steward Women in Christian Leadership with the goal of spiritual transformation. Our prayer is, “May Your Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven,” as people in our community are changed through our organizational activities.
This calling is birthed—and bathed—in prayer. Our business manual is the living, breathing Holy Spirit—His written and spoken words. What a Guide!
The Holy Spirit is actively involved in every area of the Women in Christian Leadership. We are the stewards of what He has given us, not the owners. This subtle difference changes everything.
