Women in Christian Leadership provides me with a community of sisters who can have engaging discussions about faith based topics. It is a completely unique experience in my over 40 year career. I enjoy the support, the sharing, the prayers they offer freely to all who participate. I also appreciate the challenge of stretching myself in my own faith journey because of something I saw posted, a book someone recommended or a request another member made of me. Women in Christian Leadership is just getting started and has already made such a difference to so many. It is positioning itself to fill a huge unmet need for many women.
